Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator

Work Location: Dongying, Shandong Province
工作地点：山东东营


Responsibilities:
- Stock holding including check in/ out goods, inventory management, collection and provision of deliveries of spare parts, safety and security of warehouse facility;
- Shipment and transportation;
- Custom clearance for export and import;
- Communication with and supervision on local partner;
- Daily booking and accounting, and regular reports and statements;
- Ad-hoc assignments.


Requirements:
- College graduate or above, majoring in Chemical Engineering/Material/Mechanical Engineering etc..
- 2 years above work experience on Logistics & Warehouse (e.g. storage, accepting & delivering goods, etc.);
- Familiar with Import & Export, Customs clearance formalities;
- Familiar with process of quotation, transportation and delivery
- Basic finance knowledge;
- Good communication skills;
- Good English (both in spoken and written);
- Computer skills;
- SAP knowledge and practice preferred.
